The Pulsar 9931 is a 1-button visor remote for Pulsar, Allstar, and Allister systems that still use a 318 MHz DIP-switch receiver. Model MMTC9931T. It is a replacement for the discontinued Allstar 9931T and BA9931T.
Inside the case are 8 DIP switches, each with three positions: +, 0, and -. Match those 8 switches to the receiver, or to the remote you are replacing. There is no learn button on this system. The code is the switch pattern.
If the receiver has 9 switches, match the first 8 to the remote and set switch 9 on the receiver to +. A visor clip and a 9-volt battery are included.
Set the 8 switches in the remote to the same +, 0, and - pattern as the first 8 switches in the receiver. If the receiver has a 9th switch, set that switch to +.
