Replaces previous model 888LM
Upgrade your existing Liftmaster or Raynor operator to the latest MyQ technology! All Liftmaster and Raynor operators manufactured since 1998 can be upgraded. The opener must currently have Security + radio equipment - if your existing remote is a 971LM/971RGD, 973LM/973RGD, 371LM/371RGD, or 373LM/373RGD then the 889LM Wall Control Station will work with your operator. The "learn" button on your operator should be orange/red or purple to be compatible.
Not compatible with Raynor FliteStar, R-Series openers or Liftmaster/Raynor security +2.0 openers with a yellow "learn" button.
With the 889LM Wall Control Panel MyQ accessories like the 829LM Liftmaster Garage Door Monitor (monitor your garage door from any room in your home) or the 828LM Liftmaster Internet Gateway can be added.
