The replacement 41A5658 chain drive gear and sprocket assembly is for Liftmaster and Raynor chain drive garage door openers manufactured after 1991. The gear assembly includes dual drive gear assembly, worm gear, wear bushings, grease, hardware and instructions for replacement.
