The trolley assembly is the part that slides back & forth in the operator rail and over time can wear out or break. If that's the case then a new 118798 Marantec trolley is required. The manufacturer recommends replacement of the trolley over trying to fix the trolley since the trolley may not work properly if not reassembled properly and is critical for emergency situations. While replacing the trolley assembly check the chain connector or belt connector (whichever you may have) as the connectors can also wear out over time and may also need replaced.
