75424 Marantec Garage Door Opener Plug-In Radio Receiver Set

Q: I have a Martin DC 3700 garage door opener. The mini remotes no longer work, but the motor still works great and the electric wall mount opener still works perfect. Will this 75424 plug in radio receiver and remote work with my door.

Q: I purchased the 75424 Plug-In radio receiver for our Marantec Mac Lift Door Operator. It included one remote. I then removed the existing two wires from terminals 3 and 4 of the Mac Lift Door Operator and inserted the wires that came with the product into terminals 3 and 4. I then inserted the wires into the adapter and programmed the remote. The remote works fine. However, the wall mounted garage door opener that came with the original Marantec Mac Lift Door Operator does not work any longer. My question is how can I get both the remote and the wall mounted units to both work? Thanks.

Q: Hi there, We have the Mac-Lift Elite 2007 and purchased and installed the 75424 Plug-In Radio Receiver, as we misplaced both remotes and understood this was the solution. The challenge is we can't get the remote to program to the overhead unit. We go through the process to link them ("P", #7 blinking on the unit, press the remote control, press "P"), but it continues to blink at the same pace (not quicker as everything I have read suggests it should do)....and it won't open the door. Do you have any suggestions/any troubleshooting you can suggest? I understand how to program subsequent remotes or even if we had an old remote (using the adaptor), but that is not the case unfortunately. Thanks so much in advance for any insights you may have. Yes the 75424 Plug-in Receiver Set will work with your opener.

Yes it is. Since the remotes for the older Marantec Mac-Lift openers are no longer available you would need to install a new radio receiver and remote. The 75424 Receiver plugs into an outlet and then two wires get connected to the receiver and the garage door opener. The remote that comes with the receiver would then be programmed into the new receiver.

Yes you would need a separate radio receiver for each opener. The 75424 Receiver Set includes a 2-button remote. Each button on the remote can be programmed to work with each radio receiver.

If you get a M13-631 Keyless Entry then you can program it to each of the 75424 radio receivers (using a different PIN number for each).

If the current keypad works with the opener now then it will continue to work as long as the existing radio receiver is not removed from the opener. If it doesn't work then it would be best to get a new keypad with the plug-in radio receiver.

I'm assuming you are asking about the wall control station (has open/close, light and lockout buttons). It will continue to work since you won't be disconnecting it.

There are two wires that go from the 75424 Receiver to the garage door opener. Those two wires will go into the same slot in the opener that the wall station connects to. If you notice the wall station not working check and make sure those two wires have not come loose from the opener.

It is not but it's not hard to do. There is a program button on the receiver. You press the program button & then press the remote button to program it. Any additional remotes are then programmed by transferring the code from the programmed remote using the Programming Connector included with the remotes.

Hi George,

I believe I answered this question for you last week. You need to leave the existing two wires in Terminals 3 & 4 as those are connected to your wall station. The two wires that go from the receiver to the opener will also need to go into Terminals 3 & 4. It's tight but they will fit.

Follow the directions that are included with the 75424 Plug-in Receiver not the opener manual. The remote is programmed by pressing the Learn Button on the 75424 Receiver and then pressing the remote button.
